The role The Team Assistant will provide essential administrative and organizational support primarily to the Hardware Infrastructure & Supply team, with some tasks across the broader Product and Infrastructure team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through calendar coordination, document handling, event planning support, and general team assistance. The ideal candidate has experience assisting technical teams and leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Manage complex calendars and coordinate external and internal meetings with high-level stakeholders, such as C-level executives (requires coordination with PAs of senior leadership). Coordinate external meetings with investors, analysts, and other priority stakeholders, ensuring alignment across different time zones. Act as the first point of contact for team member availability. Monitor and manage incoming communications (e.g., emails and messages), prioritize and ensure timely responses, and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to address unanswered requests. Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance, including maintaining shared drives/workspaces and note-taking for action tracking. Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations. We expect you to have: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail, especially in scheduling and documentation. Ability to manage multiple calendars and operational tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones. Prior experience in administrative or departmental assistant roles. Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Competencies & Behavioural Traits Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong sense of accountability and follow-through. Team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
