The incumbent shall perform the following tasks:MAIN TASKS AND SERVICES MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete administrative and support activities and processes associated with the making of travel arrangements, the contracting of services and purchase of goods, the completing of various forms, the researching, retrieving, and maintaining accurate data and transaction. Track and report on project activities; prepare budgetary data/ information from current of past initiatives. Prepare a variety of administrative documentation using examples or templates provided by supervisor: initiate administrative procedures and ensure follow-up. Assist in organizing official meetings, events and workshops by booking venues, equipment and providing other related logistical support. Receive, analyze, sort, register, file and distribute correspondence and documents. Respond to enquiries and follow up on routine outstanding matters. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Completed secondary, technical or vocational school education. WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years relevant practical administrative support in project management, preferably in humanitarian development. Knowledge of general office and administrative support including administrative policies, processes and procedures. Proven experience in providing administrative support for event organization (off-line and online), procurement, travel arrangement, budgetary expenses tracking/verification, etc. General clerical and administration support.
