Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in the field of business operations, office management or a similar position is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High initiative and teamwork ability.
  • Fluent Italian and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office, experience in D365 preferre
Responsibilities

Administration: General office tasks, support of management in day-to-day business
Facility Management: Contract management, finances, administration of office equipment and work materials, database maintenance
Health & Sustainability Management & Data Protection: Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, documentation
Event Management: Preparation and follow-up of smaller management events up to large company events
Process Optimization: Analysis and optimization of internal processes
Special Projects: Independent handling of special topics
IT: IT support, setting up new laptops, connecting with global IT in issues
