OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor level, cleaning professional, to lead our Residential cleaning team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Team Clean Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of Housekeepers, Cleaners and Caretakers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients.
This job would be perfect for a person who has experience in the Hospitality industry, particularly the areas of Housekeeping, Cleaning, Operations within the hotel or accommodation environments. Working with young people would also be a big plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry is highly desirable. This job would be perfect for someone with a history in Hospitality Housekeeping or Operations.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
