Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Team Co-ordinator to join our Legal and Company Secretary team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role supporting the General Counsel and Company Secretary, and their direct reports, to deliver timely, effective governance and legal support across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating team operations including meetings, events, travel, training, and expense management.
  • Supporting procurement and finance processes including purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence and maintaining team SharePoint and MS Teams sites.
  • Assisting with document creation and formatting for legal advice, Board papers, presentations, and intranet content.
  • Supporting productivity initiatives including automation tools and Power BI dashboards.
  • Providing diary and email support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

This is a pivotal support role where your coordination and attention to detail will keep the team operating smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, keen to learn, and ready to make a meaningful contribution from day one.

  • Experience in a team coordinator or administrative role would be ideal.- No prior legal team experience is required- just bring your organisation, initiative and drive.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Co-Pilot tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
