To continue our success, we are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our WEEKEND DAY Shift team.
This role will see you working alongside your Frontline Manager and team members to ensure smooth operation of our highly-automated manufacturing lines.It’s best suited to somebody who has prior experience with people management, and who has a strong mechanical aptitude. You will spend the majority of your time on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that your team are supported. You will be somebody who can remain calm under pressure and who can think on their feet in a safe and responsible manner.

• Co-ordinating daily operations of the manufacturing line
• Reviewing and reporting line performance
• Leading team meetings and performance processes
• Taking ownership of KPIs
• Completing relief, rostering and training of team members
