This role provides vital support to the Fisheries & Marine team, ensuring the smooth running of team operations, workflow processes, quality assurance, and maritime coordination. Working closely with the Head of Fisheries & Marine, this position combines executive assistant duties with project coordination to enable the team to deliver excellent service to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support to the Head of Fisheries & Marine – scheduling, documentation, meeting support and absence tracking.
  • Coordinate sub-consultant agreements, team role profiles, objectives and development plans.
  • Support client delivery: onboarding, project logistics, arranging meetings, issuing notices, payments, cost forecasting and licence documentation.
  • Proofread and quality-check documents; assist with ISO9001 quality systems.
  • Help coordinate engagement with fishing communities and support scout/guard vessel operations.
