About the Role: This is a part-time, ongoing position at 80 hours per fortnight at Gatehouse Sexual Assault Service at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) in Parkville, with travel as required to community sites in metropolitan western Melbourne. You will be responsible for the operational leadership and clinical governance of a multi-disciplinary team providing therapeutic services for children and young people who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour, and their non-offending family members.  You are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, supervising clinical staff, ensuring that program standards are followed, and meeting service targets in accordance with funding agreements.   Classification for this position will range from Social Worker Grade 4, Years 1-4 (SC53 – SC46)   Occupational Therapy Grade 4, Years 1-4 (VG14 – VG17) or Psychology Grade 4, Years 1-5 (PM1 – PM5). What you’ll achieve: Leadership of highly trained and committed clinicians in the delivery of the Harmful Sexual Behaviour Program, across all of Gatehouse’s sites Clinical governance of the Harmful Sexual Behaviour program, ensuring quality and safe service provision for children and their families Operational management of day to day service activities, ensuring access to support and care pathways for children who have experienced and/or engaged in sexual harm. Your skills and experience: Recognised qualification in relevant discipline with current registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership with professional body (where relevant)  Demonstrated ability to lead a clinical team that is high-quality, client-centred, evidence-informed, and complies with relevant policies, procedures, and standards Demonstrated experience working with initiative, autonomy and leading others in the pursuit of team goals Demonstrated collaborative, interpersonal, relationship building and written communication skills to support integrated service delivery with children, young people and families, partner agencies, and other stakeholders.  If this sounds like you, click here to view the position description. About Gatehouse Sexual Assault Service: Gatehouse Sexual Assault Service is a department of The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH), and a Victorian government funded specialist sexual assault service. Gatehouse provides therapeutic interventions, support and advocacy for children who have experienced sexual harm, and/or engaged in harmful sexual behaviour, and their non-offending family members.
