About the opportunity We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and people-focused Packhouse Coordinator for our Night Shift to support our Packhouse Management team during the busy seasonal period. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our packhouse shifts, supporting our seasonal workforce, and helping foster a positive, collaborative, and safe workplace culture. Hours of work vary seasonally, with day shifts in the off-season and night shifts during peak production periods. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Packhouse Management team with daily operations and shift coordination. Assisting with seasonal recruitment, including screening, interviews, inductions, and onboarding. Maintaining key operational and compliance records (attendance, safety checks, waste reports, etc.). Coordinating orders for supplies and assisting with training of new team members. Providing general HR and payroll support for seasonal staff. Assisting with Health & Safety reporting, audits, and continuous improvement projects. Building strong relationships across the Packhouse, People & Culture team, and wider T&G business. Promoting a positive and inclusive culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and proud of their contribution. About you Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail Previous experience in coordination, administration, or operations—ideally in a production or packhouse environment.
