You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.505,60 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;

YOUR ROLE

As a Team Coordinator Packing, you are responsible for coordinating the work on the warehouse floor. You are a visible presence in the workplace, with a strong personality and a hands-on mentality. You keep an overview, quickly identify potential issues, and act accordingly. Thanks to your experience with logistics processes, you are able to hit the ground running in this role.
You will work in two shifts and report directly to the Team Leader of the process. Your main location will be in Tilburg.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex Workers;
You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
You also prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
You inform and in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.
