Job Description The Team Coordinator in the Roadside Contact Centres is responsible for supporting the seamless operation and continuous improvement of both the Sales and Service Contact Centres at NRMA Roadside. This is a 12 month fixed term contract position. This role requires a strong in-office presence, with a minimum of 50% of workdays spent onsite across Sydney Olympic Park, Gosford, and Sydney CBD as required. You will actively contribute to team culture, collaboration, and operational excellence through regular face-to-face engagement. As the Team Coordinator for our Roadside Contact Centre, you will: Provide comprehensive admin support to senior leaders and team managers across both contact centres; coordinating Teams calendar invites, meetings, training sessions, special events, etc. Process invoices, reconcile expenses, support budget tracking. Build, maintain and optimise SharePoint sites for team collaboration, document management, and communication. Champion digital adoption and process automation to streamline workflows Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees Support the rollout of new systems, processes, or cultural initiatives Assist with compliance checks and updating asset registers etc. Draft and distribute consistent communications to frontline teams What You'll Bring Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint (site building, management, and user support) Experience and curiosity in adopting process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and digital adoption Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities across locations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating recruitment onboarding and induction processes High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to changing business needs What's in it for you?
