We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.   Your New Role Are you an organised, proactive coordinator who enjoys working across teams and helping things run smoothly?   As Team Coordinator – TDD, you’ll play a key role in enabling the Technology, Digital & Data domain to operate as a coordinated, high‑performing environment. You’ll provide support across the domain, while also working closely with several Heads of Department to ensure their teams run effectively day to day.   This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You’ll act as a central coordination point, bringing structure, clarity and consistency across a fast‑moving technology environment. You’ll manage competing priorities, support senior stakeholders and contribute to improving how the domain operates.   You’ll also play a key role in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort, helping the function operate more efficiently and effectively at scale.   What You’ll Do * Provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support across the TDD domain and leadership teams * Manage calendars, meetings, travel and commitments to maximise leader effectiveness and time utilisation * Coordinate end‑to‑end meeting management, including agendas, logistics, minutes and action tracking * Act as a central coordination point across teams, supporting communication, alignment and smooth operations * Maintain and update collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and intranet platforms * Identify and implement improvements to processes, leveraging AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency   What You’ll Need * Experience in a Team Coordinator, EA, PA or similar role, ideally within a corporate or technology environment * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously * Experience supporting senior stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills * Confidence working across tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams and SharePoint * Experience or interest in using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and ways of working * A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast‑paced environment   Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
