As a Team Coordinator, you'll help keep our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) team running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across the business. Based in Sydney, this is a full-time role where you'll be at the centre of day-to-day team operations, helping create a positive and productive workplace experience. You'll coordinate travel and accommodation, organise meetings and events, support onboarding and offboarding activities, manage invoices and expenses, and help deliver team communications and engagement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll build strong relationships and ensure people have the support they need to do their best work.
