QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School graduate at minimum
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in hockey retail
· Outstanding communication skills is an asset
· Minimum 1 years’ experience handling customer complaint
· some conflict resolution experience required in handling customer service issues
· Above average listening skills
· Minimum 1 year experience using excel, windows and adobe; this is a significantly important required skill
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To assist with the operations of our team Gear department by working with the team sales manager doing packing shipping and wearhousing of GTHL gear and accessories. You will also be a facilitater between Majer Hockey and team representatives. Duties will include but not be exclusive to:

  • Assist Team department manager with instore/off site fittings.
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Assisting walk-in customers with imprinting heat pressing numbers and Name on Practice or Team Jerseys
  • Assist with in-take of embroidery and in store heat press;
  • Must be willing and able to work in an intense, fast pace, and time sensitive environment
  • Must be self motivated, energetic, dynamic and Enthusiastic.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Team Department Manager with the in-flow and out-flow of product/merchandise coming in and going out of the store/warehouse
  • Assist the Team Department Manger in her preparation of samples and designed options for the presentation to Team owners/managers
  • Assisting the Team Department Manager one weekend day during the fall with walking customers looking for team gear information and fittiings.
  • Handling phone and email communication with team owners, managers and parents
  • Organized the warehouse areas for pick up or holding of product/merchandised
  • Assisting in the organizing/shipping of Products
  • Assisting with the receiving of specific team gear
  • Assisting Parents with answers to their inquiry regarding issues with fit or wear of team gear items
