Team Lead Duties: * Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. * Train and mentor new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Confidently educate, recommend, and install air filters, oil filters, and windshield wipers. * Efficiently drain and replace oil in vehicles. * Top off essential fluids, including brake, power steering, and windshield wiper. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer. * Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the facility. Requirements: * Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment. * Valid driver's license is required. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Basic technology skills (familiarity with service tools and equipment). * Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions. * Reliable transportation is necessary. * Must be at least 18 years old. Physical Requirements: * Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods. * Willingness to work in various weather conditions. * Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
