Job Description We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop our Bulgarian-speaking Account Management team. In this role, you will lead by example, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure your team exceeds expectations in customer engagement and sales retention. Your Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support your Account Management team to achieve KPIs and ensure top-tier client experience Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive improvements Support your team with complex client situations and escalations Collaborate cross-functionally with the other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey Train, coach, and continuously develop team members in product knowledge, communication, and client handling Qualifications Fluent Bulgarian speaker (C1-C2 level), with strong English skills (B2+) Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles Strong customer focus, solution-oriented mindset, and hands-on attitude Analytical thinking with experience working with KPIs and performance reports Excellent interpersonal and communication skills We’d love it if you have: Interest or background in the automotive industry Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) Additional Information What we offer: Competitive base salary with performance bonuses Clear career development path in a fast-growing, international company Private medical subscription through Medicover Modern office space just 1 minute from Pipera metro station Supportive, multicultural, and team-oriented work environment
