Job Description Execute a strategic client acquisition plan to contact, negotiate, and sign top restaurants in your assigned market. Build an in-depth understanding of the restaurants in your assigned area/city. Track sales targets and monitor the performance of the team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition. Acquire key accounts (international brands) and handle group-level commission rates. Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target. Analyze the competition - strategies, partners, promotions, and performance with reports from the sales force and personal research. Maintain accurate records of acquisition. Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor, guide, and manage the team for optimum performance. Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality. Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc. Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments. Produce metrics that provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance. Management for reporting and support. Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field. 3-5 years of experience within Sales including managing a team. High level of ownership and dedication. Leadership and negotiation Skills. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills Planning and Organizing Skills. Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working. Fluent in English communication skills
