Tradebyte - the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe, and an independent company within Zalando Group - Article Onboarding Services (AOS) team plays a crucial role in helping brands bring their products online quickly and efficiently, reducing time-to-online (TTO) and enabling Marketplace success. As a Senior Team Lead for AOS Operations, you’ll lead a growing team of experts, optimize service delivery at scale, and collaborate with some of the industry’s most recognized brands. This role will also be crucial in extending Tradebyte’s value proposition, by collaborating in developing new service lines to scale and evolve Professional Services.
AOS is growing rapidly, supporting over 100 brands and split into specialized sub-teams to better serve our partners. Your leadership will be critical to scaling this function, ensuring excellent service delivery, and developing the next generation of talent at Tradebyte.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Service Delivery & Operational Excellence: You ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of AOS services that meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs; You ensure high service adoption, low service churn and high levels of service satisfaction
• Strategic Resource & Capacity Management: You plan and allocate team resources effectively to balance workload and meet seasonal or project-specific demands.
• Leadership & People Development: Lead, motivate, coach, and grow a high-performing team through regular feedback, mentoring, and development planning.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the main point of contact and escalation, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Service Development & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and collaborate on developing new service lines to scale and evolve Professional Services offering.
