ROLE PURPOSE
Corning Shared Services (CSS) supports Corning’s global operations and delivers profitable growth through evolving processes, ensuring compliance, and executing vital transactions. The CSS Team Lead/Analyst II, RTR, Americas will be responsible for leading the Record-to-Report team in day-to-day and month end closing transactions. This person must be process and controls oriented, open minded, continuous improvement focused, and able to motivate the team for a high level of performance.
