Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services that span injectables, and skin and body treatments. We are located in the Cool Springs, Westhaven, and Murfreesboro markets and are currently searching for a full-time Team Lead/Front Desk Associate for our Westhaven, TN location. In this position, you will support the company's mission and contribute to a positive work environment. You must be organized, able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and have strong customer service skills. As a valued member of our team, we look forward to working with you. Responsibilities Include: Deliver exceptional customer care by providing a welcoming and professional experience for every client. Greet clients warmly upon arrival and answer incoming calls promptly. Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling, including booking and rebooking, to optimize provider availability and client satisfaction. Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the workspace is organized and fully prepared for daily operations. Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked environment. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze reports to measure goal progress, identify trends, and support business growth. Take ownership of lead conversion efforts by engaging potential clients and optimizing the sales funnel. Support marketing initiatives by capturing and curating content for social media. Lead business-to-business outreach by developing and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses to drive referrals and community engagement. Optimize provider schedules to maximize efficiency, minimize gaps, and accommodate client needs effectively.
