Key Responsibilities Team Management & Business Development Develop and execute team sales plans in accordance with the company's strategic objectives, with full accountability for key performance indicators such as Assets Under Management (AUM) and trading. Lead team to manage relationships with and provide ongoing service to premium clients, enhancing client experience and fostering loyalty. Guide the team in deeply understanding client needs, developing sales scripts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and accurately promoting the company's products and services to achieve sales targets. Team Building & Talent Development Be responsible for the daily management, coaching, and motivation of the sales team to enhance overall cohesion and effectiveness. Be responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of team members, dedicated to building and nurturing a high-performing sales force. Uphold and promote company culture, while establishing and continuously refining the team's internal sales processes and management protocols. Must Haves Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the financial industry, including at least 1 year in a team management or key contributor role. CMSRL Licensing: Must hold the Malaysian CMSRL license (Module 6&7 or Modules 12/19A) or commit to obtaining it post-hire. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred. Strong client service orientation, a results-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior trading experience in U.S. /Malaysian stocks, ETFs, and options is highly preferred. Familiarity with the local Malaysian financial market and knowledge in industry competitors is a distinct advantage. Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and a collaborative team spirit, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
