• Lead and manage the Production Technology team, consisting of four engineers, reporting to the Technical Director – this role is part of the Leadership Team at Cevotec
• Conceptualize, plan, and implement industrial production equipment for high-performance composite components, including regular direct customer contact and supplier negotiations
• Oversee project specifications and planning, with responsibility for technical modules
• Conduct studies, technical analyses, and system optimizations within our R&D initiatives
• Support and guide your team hands-on during design, procurement and assembly activities, especially facilitating collaboration with external partners and suppliers
• Take responsibility for commissioning activities at customer sites and with suppliers
