Team Lead B2B Sales Back Office (m/f/x)

Responsibilities
  • You lead our B2B sales back-office team disciplinary and professionally within the following topics: sales controlling, sales related process development incl. technical implementation, B2B webshop, sample handling, inventory analysis
  • You create and revise sales-related contracts together with our legal department
  • You develop and process customer offers / negotiate conditions in cooperation with the sales management
  • You define new wholesale processes together with our sales management and implement them with your team
  • You manage our wholesale projects
  • You plan and approve the project resources for your team
  • You take over the coordination between IT, finance, marketing and sales
