Professional and disciplinary management of a small BI team
Development and enhancement of a group-wide planning and reporting tool
Development and maintenance of databases for financial, project and company data
Creation of OLAP-based data models for reporting, planning and forecasting
Responsibility for the group-wide reporting and dashboard landscape in Microsoft Power BI
Automation and digitization of processes in controlling and accounting
Identification and implementation of AI use cases in the finance sector
Close collaboration with controlling, accounting, IT and the business units

Several years of professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Finance Transformation
Initial leadership experience or experience in managing projects or teams
Excellent knowledge of BI and OLAP solutions as well as databases and SQL
Experience in building data models and reporting landscapes
A sound understanding of controlling, accounting, and financial processes.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
Analytical thinking, initiative and strong implementation skills
Very good German and English skills
