Description Warehouse Team Lead – AM Shift Location: Findlay, OH Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, AM Shift Pay: From $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead – AM Shift in Findlay, OH. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced forklift operator with warehouse leadership experience. The Warehouse Team Lead will help supervise daily warehouse operations, support forklift operators, ensure safe and accurate material movement, and keep the shift running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with experience in forklift operation, shipping, receiving, inventory control, loading, unloading, and team leadership. Requirements Responsibilities Lead and support forklift operators and warehouse team members during the AM shift Operate a forklift to move, stage, load, unload, and stack materials Help coordinate daily warehouse workflow to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Monitor team performance and communicate issues to the supervisor Enforce safety procedures and company policies Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Train, coach, and support warehouse team members Support accurate inventory movement through scanning, reporting, and system transactions Verify trailers and equipment are safe before loading Complete shipping paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately Communicate with supervisors, drivers, customers, and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience required Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience required Valid driver’s license required Forklift certification required Must be able to work a Thursday–Sunday AM shift schedule Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, shipping, receiving, or scanning preferred Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Pay and Benefits Starting pay from $22.00 per hour 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement About Bluegrass Supply Chain Services Bluegrass Supply Chain Services provides value-added warehousing and warehouse management solutions that help customers improve efficiency, accuracy, and service.
