We’re seeking a passionate Team Lead in the marketing environment to help shape METRO Marketplace - our growing e-commerce platform present in 6 European markets. In this role, you’ll guide a team of Country Coordinators and Designers to support the digital marketing appearance to satisfy METRO’s multi-channel customers.

Leading the Brand, Design & Marketing Country Coordination Team

• Oversee global planning and execution of our commercial plan incl. managing broader campaigns and sales activities
• Ensure a smooth integration into METRO / MAKRO marketing channels of all countries
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and countries & continuous design development
• Collaborating with product teams to define the future of our marketplace by continuously improving & developing the homepage, landing pages etc.
