Lead contract negotiations, oversee spend, and guarantee compliance with all internal procurement and legal requirements, acting as a trusted and accountable budget steward. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in brand and marketing management or as a brand and marketing strategist on the agency or brand side Proven track record of managing projects, setting up processes and timelines and enabling teams to implement them Experience in developing and presenting the strategic basis and considerations of brand and marketing projects Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., GPTs, agentic AI); a passion for innovating and scaling creative processes through technology The necessary cross-functional expertise to collaborate effectively with brand design, strategists, media teams, customer journey, etc. Strategic mindset with a knack for operational excellence, comfortable making decisions, prioritizing projects, and driving process improvement. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; ability to inspire and challenge both internal and external partners.
