WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

As the Building Envelope Team Lead in Ottawa, you will fulfill several key roles at Entuitive. You will be a team player who internally and externally socializes what it means to be Entuitive and who positively contributes to the betterment of the firm.
Focusing on building envelope consulting for new construction and existing building restoration, you will utilize your experience and industry knowledge to raise market awareness of Entuitive in Ottawa and region. In doing so, you will secure proposal and project opportunities with your past clients and contacts, as well as forge new client relationships in collaboration with Entuitive’s existing business developers, to secure work for the group.
As a Subject Matter Expert in building science, methods and practices by keeping current with emerging trends and market shifts, you will recommend and implement best practices and client-centric solutions.
You will build, oversee and manage a team of Building Envelope Specialists on a project level and day-to-day basis, by taking a hands-on approach and by providing guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure a high level of project delivery and service. You will work collaboratively with our existing Building Envelope team in Toronto and other offices to contribute to the overall knowledge sharing and success of the Building Envelope team as a whole.
You will actively promote all Entuitive services across the networks within the industry and communities in which we work. You will conduct yourself, and ensure all work is carried out in full support of our Vision, Mission, Values and One Company culture.
