If so, we are seeking a Team Lead Capital Assets who will ensure accuracy and completeness of Capital Assets reporting deliverable for external, regulatory and audit purposes. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of finance professionals.
  • Prepare and review quarterly footnotes and capital asset schedules for financial reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting on capital assets when needed.
  • Develop system solutions to streamline reporting requirements in coordination with other Capital Assets teams.
  • Collaborate with other Capital Assets teams for their support in preparation of financials.
  • Maintain a sound understanding of Enbridge’s legal entity, Line of Business (LOB) and Operating Unit (OU) structure.
  • Gain an adequate understanding of various commercial agreements that have an impact on capital.
  • Independently assesses, exercises sound judgment and accurately resolves moderately complex issues encountered in the performance of job duties.
