We’re on the hunt for a Team Leader to steer our Reconditioning team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go-to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track. What you'll be doing? Be the go-to expert for your production stage, ensuring quality and efficiency Keep targets on track and sign off on all completed work Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver their best Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and training Champion safety, lean principles, and a positive team culture Okay, let’s talk about you: You have at least 3 years experience leading/ supervising a team (experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage). You are tech savvy and quick to learn new systems. You have excellent communication and problem solving skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You hold a current NSW driver's Licence. In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters workshop with plenty of room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby. What's in it for you?
