• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Perform commercial cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various facilities.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and address any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to without compromising quality.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Assist with heavy lifting as required during cleaning operations or when moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding job progress and any challenges encountered.
