At Wicked Good Cleaning, we deliver high-quality, reliable residential and light commercial cleaning services across Vancouver, North and West Vancouver. We’re known for our attention to detail, professional service, and team-first culture. We’re now looking for a responsible and experienced Team Lead to join our growing crew.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our cleaning standards, supporting the team on-site, and ensuring clients are happy with every clean. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and knows how to lead by example.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a cleaning team lead or supervisor (residential preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold company cleaning standards
  • Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (required)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays and occasional weekends
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Lead 1–2 cleaners on daily jobs across Vancouver
  • Perform high-quality residential , move in/outs, post construction and commercial cleaning duties alongside your team
  • Manage time on-site efficiently and ensure each job is completed to our standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members as needed
  • Report back to operations on team performance, job outcomes, and client feedback
