We are looking for a team lead to assist our Account Management Leadership Team. The team lead will need to have a flexible schedule during peak seasons in July/August and December/January. The ideal person is detail oriented, comfortable leading a team, and willing to jump in and assist the account managers in all areas of the accounts. This is a great growth opportunity for someone interested in progressing within NXTThing. This person will be responsible for helping: Potential account oversight with support from a mentor account manager Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Process improvements on the account Reporting needs for account Assisting the account manager as needed on client projects Comfort with Microsoft Suite products required Comfort with NXT portal functionality a plus This role will regularly interact with NXT Sr. Leadership Requirements for this position: Must be a current employee Must have been employed with NXT for a minimum of 1 year Minimum of a bachelor’s degree Role may require night and weekend work to support client delivery.
