ROLE AND TEAM
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Services Team Lead to join our ADESA Central Operations team. As a Team Lead, your primary focus will be leading and coaching a team of Client Service Specialists, who are engaging and cultivating relationships with a diverse range of buyers, predominantly dealerships, to drive auction attendance, bidding activity, and vehicle sales through our ADESA platforms. Your expertise will be pivotal in sustaining and enhancing buyer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing buyer opportunities within the wholesale automotive marketplace.
