Infinity Cube is an innovative provider of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions dedicated to driving sustainable energy transformation. We are seeking a talented and experienced Platform Architect/Team Lead to lead the development and expansion of our cloud monitoring platform. This platform will be at the heart of our solutions, enabling remote monitoring, control, and predictive analytics for energy systems.

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience :
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based platforms or IoT systems.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex platform projects.
• Experience in energy management, industrial systems, or IoT (preferred).
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in designing scalable cloud architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, React, Angular).
• Expertise in IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, OPC-UA) and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning tools.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Platform Architect/Team Lead, you will:

• Leadership & Strategy :
• Define the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap for the cloud monitoring platform.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, IoT specialists, and data scientists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform development with business goals.
• Development & Implementation :
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform features, including remote control, real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and enhanced UX/UI.
• Integrate IoT devices with the platform, ensuring seamless data communication and control capabilities.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability through effective DevOps practices.
• Collaboration & Oversight :
• Work closely with existing engineers to understand the current platform and guide the transition to the new architecture.
• Manage third-party vendors or consultants as needed to accelerate development.
• Document technical specifications and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
