YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and motivate a team
• Provide clear and concise direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and strong leadership
• Support the team with their career aspirations, working with them on their personal development plans
• Conduct development reviews and recommend training and development plansDeliver all departmental KPI’s, achieving set targets and objectives within the inbound, all ancillary areas, outsource and overflow services.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• A high level of initiative, tackling problems in a methodical and logical manner.
• A passion for providing quality and efficiency.
• Proven contact centre experience or line management experience
• Experience with direct reports

The role of a Team Lead is to achieve excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective personal customer relations skills. Lead, coach and motivate a team of Quality Assurance Coaches to deliver departmental KPI’s, targets and objectives.
