Your Impact Lead and mentor a team of professionals delivering high-quality materials testing and construction services. Oversee project execution for major infrastructure and transportation initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative materials solutions into complex projects. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts within the region. The Skills That Set You Apart More than 8 years of experience in construction materials engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario (or eligibility to obtain). Proven expertise in materials testing, quality control, and construction methodologies. Familiarity with industry standards and software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and laboratory management systems.
