Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead from the front, playing both coach and player on all Enterprise accounts to set the bar for future engagements.
  • Handle complex implementation processes with your team, keeping a close eye on specified KPIs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead and own the hiring for the region, including TAMs, Support, and other team members as the office grows.
  • Manage team KPIs, drive team growth and knowledge transfer, and constantly refine processes where appropriate.
  • Provide constant feedback to the operations team to improve on internal and external service processes.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, customers, and projects in parallel.
  • Take responsibility for describing and escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels, keeping external and internal stakeholders informed.
  • Plan with the local team for account follow-ups once a customer is operational to expand the Deliverect footprint with the customer.
