Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and manage incubation and content team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met. Oversee the 60-day vendor incubation journey and ensure achievement of key metrics, including javelin. Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates, and dish-level photography in line with SOPs. Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes. Support deal sourcing and early-stage testing of pricing, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives. Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience. Track performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve incubation and content processes.
Responsibilities
