WHAT YOU GET TO DO Job Summary: * Ensure that team members follow processes and instructions accordingly to implement assigned projects successfully. Success is measured based on project quality, duration, and costs. * Implement projects and take on the role of direct reports on certain projects. * Recruit new, adequate, team members based on budget and headcount guidelines of senior management. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers to successfully implement warehouse automation projects within budget and quality standards. Oversee the installation, configuration, and technical startup of systems while mentoring team members and coordinating with various departments.
