Hybrid work opportunity Worklife Balance Work with a ‘can do’ team with excellent training About the Role The Team Lead Corporate Systems is responsible for is responsible for leading the ongoing technical roadmap that drives the development and testing of corporate systems to ensure systems are fit for purpose for the organisation’s specialist business functions. The role is Ongoing Full-time position. Our work includes: Running and regulating elections Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018. Extensive experience in application development with a strong technical background in Microsoft technologies and cloud computing platforms, such as Azure, including relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong track record in engaging at a technical level with teams to maximise individual team member and overall team performance. Demonstrated experience using a range of software development planning, monitoring reporting and quality assurance tools, such as Jira, Zephr, Confluence, Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Delivery. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
