Here's what you can expect from us:

In this position, you will be responsible for the professional leadership of the Credit Monitoring & Receivables Management team, taking into account the company strategy and ensuring high customer data quality.
Your responsibilities include coordinating and implementing team goals, as well as serving as a technical contact person for the team members.
Furthermore, you will bear professional responsibility, particularly for the following key areas:
Debt collection procedures, dismissals and insolvency processing
Intensive support, problem loan processing and loan settlement (including personal/urgent enforcement) in customer loan business, as well as the associated engagement of lawyers and debt collection agencies.
Individual value adjustments and recording of default and loss data
Furthermore, you are responsible for the topic-specific organizational management tasks within the team and coordinate the distribution of tasks to the employees.
You proactively identify potential for process and procedure optimization, implement it, and focus on digitalization and automation.
Your responsibilities also include creating and proactively developing technical concepts, leading the optimization of processes, and taking on special tasks.
You will be involved in supervisory and regulatory matters and participate in subject-related projects (as project manager or project member).
You will be responsible for the professional coordination and support of outsourcing projects within the department's key areas of focus, as well as the management and monitoring of service providers in your role as central interface coordinator (internal/external). This includes overseeing budgets, invoice verification, and contributing to contract drafting.
Ensuring and further developing the defined requirements of the internal control system (ICS) completes your job profile.

Your experience:

A banking apprenticeship, a degree in economics or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of professional experience as well as comprehensive knowledge in the field of work and in related subject areas.
You have a strong understanding of regulatory issues.
Furthermore, you bring experience in carrying out optimization and implementation projects.
Furthermore, you have already gained experience in the professional management of employees.
Nice to have: a Six Sigma Green Belt qualification.
