Rate: $34.71 - $41.38 per hour

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is required; membership within a regulatory college considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the field of healthcare; unionized supervisory experience considered a strong asset.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in mental health, addictions or supportive housing.
  • Must be an energetic self-starter who is able to function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relates well to co-workers and the public.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and program execution skills.
  • Above average writing ability; ability to analyze written reports, complex documents and publications.
  • Ability to support performance management and improvement as needed.
  • High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and ability to execute on decisions made.
  • The ability to travel and provide own, reliable transportation
  • Able to successfully complete and provide a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
