YOUR CHALLENGE:

We’re looking for a highly driven and committed Team Lead CRM (d/f/m) to join our team. As such, you will guide, further grow, and enable a talented team, think world-class, and take customer lifecycle management to the next level. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for going beyond classical channel management (such as Email or Push Notifications), and fully own with your team proven & unproven strategies across our user base.
You are data-driven and think customer-centric to map user journeys and implement solutions along all touchpoints of a customer lifecycle. You are passionate about technology and will work hand in hand with our product and technology department to set strategy and drive implementation. You love thinking big and are passionate about scaling your team and customer steering approach to a multi-national and multi-product unit.

Responsibilities:

  • You develop and supervise the strategy for customer lifecycle management across the Taxfix group, including goal setting, driving programs from planning through execution, measurement, and steering based on a deep understanding of our customer base.
  • You closely work with our Product team to take a data-driven approach to map, steer, and constantly optimize our customer journeys.
  • Your guide and closely collaborate with our Data and Analytics teams to generate insights on customer needs and behaviors and the impact of our strategy, on the other hand, to develop world-class approaches to ultimately maximize value for our customers and thus LTV.
  • You oversee all existing customer communication and further develop cross-channel strategies to activate, engage, and retain customers and increase LTV in a multi-product portfolio.
  • You own the budgeting and forecasting process for customer lifecycle management, defining targets, technology, and resources needed to achieve the team’s goals.
  • You lead the retention mission inside Growth & Brand. You mentor, empower, and grow a team of talented and driven marketers.
  • You foster and cultivate a strong culture of test and learn to derive best-in-class strategies to scale new and existing strategies based on incrementality.
  • You leverage state-of-the-art technology to automate and optimize the customer journey, define opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams to execute.
