Tasks:

  • Lead a small, dynamic team involved in project work and process optimization, including projects such as market models, geo data analysis, and other data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance project and process efficiency.
  • Take ownership of product and project management tasks, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of data science to complement project teams in generating insights for our clients.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee personnel management responsibilities, including performance reviews and team development.

Profile:

  • Strong IT background with a solid understanding of technology and automation processes. Fields of study such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines are preferred, but relevant professional experience can also be considered.
  • Proven experience in both product and project management, ideally at the intersection of the two disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in projects, ideally including disciplinary responsibilities.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • German language skills are a plus.
