Our goal at Data & Analytics is to empower the whole organization to make smart decisions based on data. In this role you will lead the tech core of Data & Analytics – Data Platform, where we gather information from diverse sources, transform and normalize them to build single point of truth, and provide various tools for implementing data analytics use cases.

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Data Platform team as well as foster team growth and individual development
• Enhance team performance and working environment through the application of agile methodologies and engineering excellence practices
• Design quality technical solutions in the central Data Platform utilizing best practices for data architecture, data quality, and data governance
• Lead projects in Data Platform team, ensure their timely delivery within scope and budget
• Operate our data platform, ensuring data quality and accessibility according to the SLAs
• Collaborate with Data Analysts across the whole company to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data protection and security according to the internal policies as well as compliance requirements
