We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Development to join our team and drive innovation by leading a skilled development team. We provide cutting-edge solutions in software development, software development, and IT leadership, helping businesses optimize their digital strategies while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Working closely together with the headquarters in Basel and the Lead Digital Solutions, to whom the person will report
• Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and business objectives
• Defining and enforcing best practices in software development, architecture, and code quality
• Providing guidance and technical expertise to team members, supporting their professional growth and career development
• Collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements
