Your Tasks - What You can expect as Team Lead Digital Production (f/m/d):

• You develop strategies for the adoption and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies for shopfloor manufacturing operations aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• You lead the implementation of advanced technologies like IoT, AI, robotics, big data, and automation to optimize manufacturing operations.
• You oversee the planning and monitoring of digital production projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• You manage and lead cross-digital production team members across Asia, EMEA, and the USA including budget, manpower, and technology tools.
• You work closely with the Network, Data Center, and Security team, especially for OT setup.
• You support the business in defining IT requirements and are responsible for managing the demand management process.

Your Profile - What You bring as Team Lead Digital Production (f/m/d):

• You have a Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or manufacturing systems, with over 10 years of experience.
• You have the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a global team effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• You have experience working with stakeholders across geographies.
• You are proficient in Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, automation, cloud computing, sensor technologies, edge computing, etc.
• You understand manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations.
• You have the ability to react to new market trends and are highly motivated for continuous learning and open-mindedness towards new technologies.
