Your tasks

You will assume operational responsibility for the Clinical Trials area, reporting directly to the management.
You plan and conduct clinical trials, define the timelines, and are responsible for the budget.
You are primarily responsible for the selection and management of external service providers, including the negotiation of project and study budgets.
You will provide disciplinary leadership and further develop a highly motivated team of 25 employees (approx. 10 direct reports) in the area of Clinical Operations.
You are responsible for and continuously optimize processes in the area of clinical trials, such as study recruitment and the organizational target image.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, political science, natural sciences or a comparable field of study.
You have at least 6-8 years of professional experience, ideally gained in strategy consulting or a dynamic start-up environment.
You possess excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented work style with a strong focus on detail.
You have a clear and structured communication style.
Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
