About the Role: As a Team Lead in the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding a team of production employees to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production and quality objectives. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
